We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for a wonderful 2023-2024 year at Sibylla Kiddle School. The year was full of learning, growth, fun, kindness and excitement.  

Over the year, it has been a pleasure to watch our students grow, achieve success and be proud of their accomplishments. We are incredibly grateful for the sense of belonging and community that continues to be created each day. 

To create a safe, welcoming and caring environment, it takes a team. We are thankful to work with the best team of staff, students and families. 

We would like to wish everyone a fun, relaxing and safe summer with friends and family. We look forward to seeing everyone in the fall for another fabulous year. 

Staffing Update| Farewells and Welcomes 

As each year comes to an end, it is that time when some staff head onto new adventures. While it is sad to say farewell – we know that there are amazing opportunities on the horizon for all our wonderful staff. We want to thank the following staff for their excellence in work with students and wish them all the best in their new adventures: 

Educational Assistant, Donna Harper will be heading into retirement. We wish her all the best on her new adventure. 

Braille Assistant, Ashley Busch, will be heading to Dr. George Stanley to continue to support our students. 

Temporary teachers, Erica Kraft, Rachelle Trisevic and Brie Anderson will be moving on to new opportunities next year. We want to thank them for all they have done in support of our school and students. 

Kristen Olver and Jancie Farrell, who have been part of our amazing teaching team since our opening, will be heading off to new adventures next year.  We wish Janice the best in her retirement and Kristen the best in her next steps. We are grateful for all their commitment and dedication to supporting our school and students. 

Assistant Principal Vanessa Fraser will be heading off on a new adventure next year. We are extremely grateful for all the strong relationships she has built with staff, students and parents. She will be missed at Sibylla Kiddle. We wish her all the best and we look forward to hearing about the new connections she has made and the lives she has impacted next year! 

We are pleased to announce that Ashley Manning will be continuing at Sibylla Kiddle School. We are also welcoming a new teacher, Amy Hegadoren, who will be joining us next year.
